Conditions Of Hire

When you hire a skip from us here at Manchester Skips (UK) Limited in Irlam, Manchester, there are certain conditions of hire that you must adhere to.

Please note that all skips must only be filled to the level fill point as it is illegal for our vehicles to carry overloaded skips for safety reasons.

As the hirer it is your duty to inform us whether the skip is to be placed on private property or on a public road. Where the skip is to be placed on the public highway a permit is usually required from the local council (prices vary depending on the locality – we are able to advise you on this).
